Joan and I want to thank the Kemp team for the "no hassle" approach to building our new home. We are pretty particular about our home, and when we decided to move to the St. Louis area from Dallas, our greatest fear was finding a home builder that we could work well with, and that would understand the problems we may face relocating our family from one part of the country to another. We were delighted to find that the Kemp team was able to alleviate those fears. Darrell, Jane, Sue, Bob and Shane were extremely personable and always handled themselves in a professional manner. The lines of communications were always open. Jane and Sue were always available to answer any questions or to give us information on places to go or people to contact in the surrounding area. Darrell and Bob have a fabulous attention to detail, and usually found any construction issues before we did, and had plans to correct them. Any that we found were immediately dealt with, and were usually completed by our next visit. Both of them took the time to use their creativity and experience to solve a design issue that was really important to us. Since we've moved into our home any minor repairs or touch ups have been completed in a timely manner with no hassle. Gratefully, the process of building our new Kemp home was a wonderful experience. We first salute the marvelous sales team, Jane and Sue, whom went to any length to provide professional yet friendly service. That first started our wonderful relationship that made them two new friends. Mary Jo and I looked extensively for villas in St. Charles County that would put us closer to our son and his family, and to give us the leisure lifestyle we desired as retirees. The moment we entered the single family home subdivision section, we were impressed with the style of the homes, the lovely landscaping and well-maintained yards, and the wide streets. We then followed the sign to the villa section and beamed. We spotted the swimming pool, clubhouse, and tennis court beckoning to us, and decided this is where we wanted to live. Jane and Sue provided expert and thorough service, and helped us from the onset, never pressuring us to make a decision on anything, and were eager to answer all of our many questions. They are still here for us now we are residents and have been for ten months now. Trying to get the most "bang for our buck," we soon learned of the amenities that were standard features here and options elsewhere. A short list would include a garage door with an electric opener, an ice maker line for the refrigerator, an in-ground water sprinkling system for the yard, lever door handles, front yard landscaping, and a generous lighting allowance. The list goes on... Once moved in, Darrell and Bob approached our repair needs promptly and courteously. We couldn't be more pleased with the entire purchase process to move-in than with the great people at Kemp Homes. Service after the sale used to be a lost cause. Not here!!
